Well, i never get any notices. Thanks to the country i live in, no copyright law. But if you get any notices, there's just couple of options.
1- Fake Warnings: Some of the warnings are fake, it means that they send it to people to frighten them, but how. The ISP knows that you're downloading torrent, using Bittorrent technology is not prohibited, but because more than 95% of the data being transfered through bittorrent is illegal, they send warnings to people using torrent protocol.
2- VPN Services: o make sure there wont be any problem you can use trusted VPNs
3- Seedbox: Last but not the least, the best option is to use a seedbox. You can download your files on a seedbox and then download them back to your home computer using FTP/SFTP.
