before getting a seedbox, I was getting couple of warnings from my ISP every month, was using utorrent, finally decided to get one seedbox to add torrents and a secure FTP like FileZilla to grab my stuff, its been 5 months now and no more warnings, always use SFTP to grab your files otherwise everyone see what you grabbing and I dont use a VPN..

Seedbox - the terminology is kinda funny - does this refer to what I already have? I've got a QNAP NAS where all my files are downloaded to. I use Transmission on my laptop to do the download and the seeding.

Can I/Should I use Filezilla rather than Transmission?
