in content wise [old, tvpacks, docs] nothing might match those, but these days if looking for new, bluray encodes, sources go for HDAccess [adding old ones also], they are best imo, You might also find BitHQ useful as they also have old blurays and new ones aswell, then try torviet, uhdbits they also have some good contents,with quality encodes HD-Torrents, etc, you won't find difficulties into getting in any of these trackers
also awesome-hd will be a good choice

but since hdwing and chdbits are down for such a long time I managed and made contact with a moderator from chdbits and I asked him what is the problem with these torrent sites
he told me bad news that I could not imagine :(...
he told me both trackers are definitely closed,the staff members have been arrested and the servers confiscated

Well, I'm not sure whether OP still want suggestions or I'm just bumping the thread but I've something to say. If you are seriously interested in quality alternative of HDWing/CHDbits than you can only count HDTracker http://hdtracker.org/ Best for untouched BD/Remux. HDAccess may help but AHD has their internals that are more focused. Other than that HD-T or Scene HD groups viz; FULLSiZE, iFPD, XORBiTANT, LAZERS , TAPAS, SharpHD, TRUEDEF, CiNEMATiC, CAELUM etc etc.; there are many.
