IPTorrents is a level 6 tracker, plus their invites can be found very easily.
While What.cd is a level 8 tracker, and their invites can not be found easily.
LBNL, PassThePopcorn's invite system is closed, AFAIK

So it would be better to offer, or ask for something else also.

Ah, well how can I start making my way up to those sites. i.e where is a good place to get in. I'm a good seeder. Preferably a good one for tv (though not necessary)

Take the What.cd interview...thats honestly your best choice...in a few months you'll want for nothing if you work your way up their ranks!
