@hteacher so i've heard... though as i mostly am consuming tv and movie content while having over the top ratio on tl then i am going to take my chances even if they are low

one could argue about TL vs IPT - for me TL is better as identical content is there way before it is added on IPT, not to mention season/complete show packs that IPT is lacking of
