Fuller then thought it would be best to clear the air online and say his immediate future with the Redskins was secure, leading other players to wonder who the "real" player to be named was.

Whether the confusion among current players about the move is a good or bad sign is something for the fans to figure out, but if there's one thing Redskins fans can probably agree on, it's that at least Robert Griffin III was not in any way involved.
