I am not going to go off on you because you are, as you said, a "total n00b".

Step 1) Change your username by submitting a request HERE You used the same username on XtremeZone as you use on here. BIG NO-NO! Read the rules man.

Step 2) Download some freeleech on XtremeZone and seed for a few days until your ratio is >1.0 so that you do not become banned and possibly ban me. (Your ratio is currently at 0.005)

Step 3) Add "+1 Positive" feedback for me. I PM'd you with the details. I have already been screwed by two members who never left me feedback. I currently bench 315 lbs. (3 sets, 8 reps each) and would show them how it makes me feel if I ever met them, so please don't screw me or you will find yourself on the list.

Step 4) PM me if you have any questions regarding the tracker and getting your upload up. Also, please PM me once you change your username.
