I'll get to the others shortly, but what is happening is that some people aren't using the invites I send out, which is bad for the people that need to use them as I can only have 5 pending invites at one time.

I will start handing out unused invites to new applicants soon, which means that previous applicants that won an invite will have their invite cancelled.
