The community its pretty awesome, super patience guys with new users. Maybe it should get "Community 9/10"
Thanks for keeping things organized and updated ! :)
I feel really happy to be here, share and discuss with you. The TI community has helped me learn and grow a lot. I hope that the forum is still growing stronger.

I'm a member of several trackers but for the purpose of this post I'd like to talk about the two I use the most.
I happen to be studying the subjects these trackers provide, and I'm sure you're all familiar with them.
CGPeers - 2019
I find this tracker to be the most comprehensive, as new items are usually posted here first. Certain files could use a little updating, but that is one thing I've noticed about that community. Many who purchase a product also share the product. When I first stepped into the torrent scene after being away for many years, I grabbed what I needed and left it to leech for weeks thinking I had done my part. After a time, watching people share what they "say" they had spent with their own money share, I decided I would do the same. Many of the files I need are specific and hard to find, so I found myself purchasing 75% of what I needed. I'm not able to "fix" programs, but those that were ready to be shared I uploaded. Not to mention I discovered that filling requests was also a good way to boost ones ratio.
People are generally friendly, and as long as posted in the proper format will people help find whatever it is you're looking for. I think they provide a great service that has saved me a lot of money. When donations go up I'll send $10 their way as a thank you.
GFXPeers - 2019
Another tracker I'm sure most are familiar with. They carry virtually the same files as the aforementioned, yet every once and awhile you'll find the hidden gem. The users (leechers) seem to be more demanding than CG, but I can ignore most of that. The files are usually aptly named, and archived correctly. Those being the only two private resources I know of for programs that I need in my studies, I really can't complain. I will say this, the request section of GFX doesn't get a ton of attention which is a shame. However, when I buy something like RDTextures pack, I'll upload to CG and then to GFX if someone hasn't already. What most important in keeping these niche groups alive is new and fresh content. So I am happy to contribute when I can.
Bottom line, If you need anything CG, VFX, Photoshop, Stock Graphics Related, or Tutorial (from texturing to drawing) you'll find *almost* everything you need within these two sites, and I may as well be honest, several of my "A" grades were definitely made possible by the ease of available stock footage and professional (non-youtube) videos.

As per the invitation by @Yokel and first way to win a contest, please accept my submission for suggesting a tracker to TI's sport catagory; TenYardTracker ( https://tenyardtracker.com/ )
I have been a member for 5+ years, and it is by far the best sport tracker (current and comprehensive content, fast, easy to maintain ratio) for american football.

They recently upgraded the interface a couple months ago which is easier to use and friendlier.
Please let me know how I can help you with a review.

I think TorrentSeeds ratio difficulty should be raised to Medium since they removed their bonus points system, or even to hard since it's very very hard to have a great ratio there without an autosnatching seedbox. It's as hard as Redacted to this point. The only thing that could improve your ratio is the freeleech, but you have to grab it very fast or else you won't get any upload since seedboxes are competing with you and there are very few leechers.
Elite-Tracker should be raised to level 3 since xthor is level 6 and both are competing pretty well on new content (both have scene bot) - rates for this one should be 8 (pretimes) - 6 (speed) - 6 (content). It has 90 000 torrents and around 5000 members (not quite sure of the exact member count). Elite-Tracker is as good as HD-F or HD-O, and both are level 3.
@Yokel
PMing you now with a couple updates of some special trackers :)
Stats sent via PM. Here are a couple opinions regarding PTP & RED:
Part of me wonders if PTP should be level 9 and/or if the "Maintaining Ratio" should be Medium instead of Easy... it can be very difficult to get upload on a majority of torrents unless you have auto-dl set up. Also, the only time they have freeleech other than a couple random torrents once in a while is during Halloween season in October. Still waiting for that to begin.
And RED is definitely Hard to maintain ratio, but I wonder if it should be level 8 just because of how hard it is going to be able to join shortly now that they're coming VERY close to reaching their user limit AND the fact it really is the new what.cd in terms of quality and quantity.
I also wonder if RED should be level 8... just because it is currently ranked at 7 with Pedro's, and honestly Pedro's is a somewhat shitty tracker (let alone the fact they have been offline the last 8 months). Point being, those two trackers should not be ranked at the same level... either Pedro's should go down 1 level or RED should go up 1 level.
@Yokel
I think empornium should be raised because of its enourmous activity, active users, torrents, the easiness to maintain a good ratio and the hardness of getting in. Stats can be PM:ed if you want to see how great it is. At least one levelup, 8 or even 9. Compared to other 8-9-10 trackers this one should be up there and not lower just because it restricted to porn.
PTP i agree should be lowered, its easy to MAINTAIN ratio but to increase you need to watch for freeleech which only gives you a few GB up anyways. So you can maintain ur ratio so u can dl a few wanted torrents per month (depending on size) but ur not gonna see TB after your upload stats very fast (not without DL right behind).
@chinski i agree fully with above post.

EDIT: ICE-Torrent is currently totally remastering their site aiming for international material and users. and actually they have pretty good releases in some areas. like appz, games and windows OS they are very fast with. Movies are mostly english with RO subs, but its rising and have high ambitions.
EDIT: 2 Evil is also aiming to get better, i have seen new templates and they are testing new as i understand it, looks good and very friendly people. But not many trackers and active users. Maybe a possible level 2 when they have gotten more users and uploaders, and btw they have open signups now.
I Love Classics has been dead for a while.
Its great when see some activity for this thread!

ILC is now down for good. Owner no longer responding to senior staff about anything.
So unless the owner pulls some kind of last minute save it will no longer be up.
Sorry everyone. I know I enjoyed helping and uploading at ILC to help keep the old movies alive that other sites just touch on.

-edit Within minutes of posting the owner contacted us. As of now the site is in limbo. Not sure if an old back will work or start from scratch.
Sorry for jumping the gun it seems.

Desi.cd deserves atleast level 8...
It's the only specialized tracker for bit perfect audio from India. The rare collection is not to be found even on elite music trackers..very rare stuff. Level 3 is too unbelievable for an amazing tracker like this.
@Yokel
TorrentBD should be at least lv5. (Stats sent via PM)
Its been running since 2010. It has become a very active tracker. Members are very active, staff are too. Its has great speed on hollywood and bollywood releases. Now they have reached another height with having p2p internal releases. They smoothly covering lots of categories with some other great materials like tutorials, game backups, animes, ebooks, large movie packs that is hardly found in one place. Thus its has become a great tracker on general catrgory.
On the otherhand, after recent update, the tracker is running with SSL(https). Now the users are more secure.
As its from bangladesh, this tracker also contains strong south-asian collections.
Invitation is easy but not that easy as it seems, they strictly monitors for dupe accounts, and the users who harshly ingores private torrenting spirit gets demoted to jailed member.
I would have recomend it to lv6 but at least lv5 will seem as justified.
