BitSpyder raised up in lvl 4 from lvl 3.

We talk many times that we try to have the lvls fair as possible. For us is very important the content of a tracker and not the rarity only.
After all these thoughts is time to dropped FSC in lvl 6 from lvl 7. We talk about for one of the rarest tracker ever but it has 0 seeders in many torrents and nothing really special. ONLY for rarity is in lvl 6 for now.

Others changes:

BTN from lvl 8 to 9.
MTV goes from lvl 5 to lvl 7.
Also Freshon goes to lvl 6 from lvl 5.

Apparently BluRG and Paradise Inspired have gone down for good this time. It seems both sites have been reported and their admins decided to shut them down.

I seriously Doubt that M-Team is the best General Tracker...as tracker list say
When it comes to general stuff like music , software , Tv and so on , they don't come close to IPT , nCORE even Filelist

OK , they have good encodes for HD movies , but maybe we should put them on category HD BECAUSE as General they will not pass level 5...

I would suggest changing the maintaining ratio to Hard, since it is hard to maintain a good ratio especially without a seedbox. There is no free leech and it is mostly new torrents that get snatched.

I am sorry but it is just ridiculous saying that maintaining a good ratio is Hard at TehC. I would suggest changing it to medium or even easy since torrents have a long lifespan and there is also plenty of freeleech around to buff your ratio if you get into trouble.
