I would like to mention few (for now).
First...
WCD should be way, waaay lower on the list, let me explain my self... One and in my opinion very good reason is... ANAL MINDED STAFF!!!
Maybe they had... "all in one place" but that is not the reason to be the best! They push to hard users, almost like they exploiting members.
My point is... every member should feel freely there, but... trust me... its not, every move is monitored by... lovely anal minded staff.
PTP... the same, looower! 90% of movies (like music in WCD) is disaster! Staff... the same s...!
BTN, waaay too over rated tracker, absolutely nothing special there, nothing... that you couldnt find somewhere else! So... lower then it is now on the list.
AHD... what to say about tracker who give warning (2 weeks) for wrongly uploaded picture, something is obscurely wrong with staffer there... so... lower!
BiB, hm... i think the best for them would be that they let user run the tracker, so that them could in peace continue to bullshit people like insist to OverDrive and that you are on BTN, PTP or WCD, waaay looower!
That is for now.
I mention this couple of trackers because I think that they are over rated trackers, and that they must be placed exactly where they belong!
I would like that people stop "follow the masses" and to open their eyes, there is nothing special on this trackers (yeah, even they invite tread in forums is over rated) that you couldnt find on MAM or IPT (tracker is the beast) or MTV.
In this cases... I was mostly take in consideration how staff treat their members, I think that is a biggest problem on this trackers, as for content and pre-times, nothing special there.

Maintaing ratio should be put on hard, as the only way to get some upload is by uploading or imedietly downloading new torrents, no bonus points, no ratiofree torrents, no half leach or 2x seeding.

I dont see Bitvault in the list !! why the best italien tracker is missed ?
Also i have my reserves about Pedro and Thevault ranks, means that we know all that the 2 trackers are exellent in their contnent but in rarity thevault is more rare than pedro who gives invites regularly.

About pedros now.. I agree with these you already mention but keep in your mind that Pedros have very exclusive rips (70000+ torrents) not scene and all of them from 3000+ users. Thats why is in lvl 7.

I also got a question. Why are BitMeTV, FreshonTV and MorethanTV all ranked the same? In my opinion they definitely aren't. BitMeTV delivers way more torrents than Freshon and has better pretimes. Also MorethanTV has its own internal group more torrents and faster pretimes than FreshonTV. Shouldnt that mean BitMeTV and MoreThanTV should be rated higher than Freshon?

More torrents doesn't mean more content, after the whole season is out, separate episodes get packed into season packs and delited on MTV and freshon.
Bitmetv doesnt delite separate episodes and that is the reason it has alot more torrents.

This site also got a 9 for content, I think this is a bit exaggerated. They don't have that many torrents and a lot of older movies aren't covered well. I just did a quick search on some movies I was looking for and couldn't find anything. Yes their Internals are good but don't cover a lot so I would say bring Content back to 7 or maybe 8.
