You can't compare android with ios. They are completely different. One is closed source os and the other is open source. I prefer of course Android. You can modify more things and has more possibilities. See the votes too

But more vulnerable to malware with huge market share of all mobile viruses... I also use android but you need to be extra careful if you want to survive!
