yes, Israel's IP ranges are banned from accesssing the site, just too many bad users from theat area, so something had to be done

However the staff of hey.fux0r doesnt provide complete information on banned countries. Heres the reason.

no, some bans only affect certain IP ranges within a country, so it's not as simple as that
