depends on the tracker rules and allowed clients. I recommend u read them before downloading

I think they are two different clients
Both get recognised seperately
Deluge is a good alternative to transmission
Mostly used on GNU/Linux distributions

They are indeed two different bittorrent clients: Deluge BitTorrent Client & Transmission. They are mainly used by Linux and Mac OS X users. Deluge has a Windows version too. I'd recommend Deluge.
