hi TI people
i have really a big problem i Called - offline (timeout).
can't download anything from tracker like: TL , ncore , alpharatio

but nothing change.

if not help then I think in your case that your ISP is blocking torrents
in this case you can try tracker with ssl secured connection like this example in IPT

i did what you said change my utorrent to 2.2.1 build 25302 and use other client , but nothing change
and whene used VPN it work , i don't like this way VPN slow download and uploaded
so if any way help me :(
it is your ISP who is blocking you from downloading torrents so try to use SSL trackers like IPT or change ISPQuote:
