Loaded question. That is a subjective answer. There are lot of good general trackers out there that have tons of tutorials and e-books. If you're specifically looking for a educational tracker only... i would suggest bitspyder. There are a decent number of seeders and the content is pretty broad. Is there something specific you're seeking?
