I have seeded torrent 2 weeks but i got HnR waring
somebody, help me, can tell me know reason !!

You will get HnR if you don't upload the same amount of data you have downloaded from the torrent.
Just delete the torrent from your client and zap it with bonus point or upload credit.

What is your user class there? This might be because you are a new user.

The hit and run warnings count for your whole membership. It is probably a very old warning.

IPTorrents New Feature : The HnR Warning Counter

Yes, according to knoedelmann, its just a counter for all the warnings you get from IPT Staff for HnR. It must be an old warning, that is being counted and is shown in that counter. Nothing new, the warning you must have forgot about.
