    Cross Seeding

    Hi
    I started downloading a big torrent file from one tracker but then it suddenly stopped. When I try to resume it using a torrent file from other tracker it says checking but after finishing checking it starts from the beginning.

    The two torrents don't have the same name but all the sub files have the same names.

    I always do the same with cross seeding and it always begins seeding just after checking, so why does it fail here?

    Any help?

    Hi there
    Try to begin downloading the new torrent and when it creates its files stop it, delete it from client
    copy the completed files to the new folder and overwrite them and then start the new torrent, do force check
    good luck

    Hi, If You are still having problems with this, one thing that's always worked for me is manually relocating individual files.

    If You are using uTorrent:

    go to Files tab
    -> Right click on individual file
    -> click Relocate...
    -> navigate trough folders and choose the file you previously downloaded (no mater if they have different names if they are same files of same size)
    -> After relocating all files click Force Re-Check
