@odyssey - I had about 175gb uploaded and about 50gb downloaded. Ratio was not a problem.

@ Joseph - I guess that could be an issue, but an issue like that is precisely why I want to get in touch with a staff member. There has to be a way to contact a staff member; I just do not know how to do so.
