I can't use torrent service from private trackers at work .
I can access to the tracker's website but utorrent cant do any download or seed ..
is there any solution .
ps : same thing at university .

In your case i would do a search ( software to download torrents )
and try them all

Are you able to torrent while at home? If you can, just use remote desktop to access your home computer from work.

be carefull because they may monitor your activities and know what you visit
but I am not 100% sure
