Is LP3 coming soon?

Blossoms performed a brand new track called ‘I’ve Seen The Future’ during a show in Paris last night (October 6). Check out the video below.

The Stockport band released their second album, ‘Cool Like You’, back in April. In a four-star review, NME likened the LP to “an early greatest hits” that is “overflowing with singles”.

Currently in the midst of a European headline tour, following a stint supporting Noel Gallagher, the group surprised fans in Paris with a slice of new material.

“This is a song you’ve never heard and it’s called ‘I’ve Seen The Future’,” lead singer Tom Ogden told the French crowd.

According to the fan account, At Most One Tour, the band said that it’s a “leftover” track from the ‘Cool Like You’ sessions. The post also claims that their third studio album will have a ‘different sound’, according to Ogden.

Following their European dates, Blossoms will return to the UK this December. The tour will conclude with a show at Brixton’s O2 Academy. Find any remaining tickets here and see the full schedule below.

Blossoms will play:

Glasgow, O2 Academy (December 3)
Sheffield, O2 Academy (4)
Nottingham, Rock City (5)
Birmingham, O2 Academy (7)
Manchester, Victoria Warehouse (8, 9)
Southampton, O2 Guildhall (11)
Bristol, O2 Academy (12)
London, O2 Academy Brixton (13)

Speaking to NME recently about their upcoming UK tour, Tom Ogden said that he “still gets a buzz” when seeing “a little red sold-out [mark] on a gig listing”, with the band looking forward to playing their sold-out London date.

Teasing what crowds could expect from the shows, guitarist Josh Dewhurst said the idea of having a magician open for the band is one he’s had for “years”. He added that Dynamo and David Blaine might be possible candidates for the slot.
