"Shallow," performed by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper in A Star Is Born, won best original song at the 2019 Golden Globes.

Gaga co-wrote the song with Mark Ronson, Anthony Rossomando and Andrew Wyatt; she co-produced it with Benjamin Rice.

“[Bradley Cooper] took our heartfelt honest tune and gave it emotional resonance we could have only dreamed of,” Ronson said when he accepted the award alongside Gaga. Then, addressing her, he said, “You’re the one who led us into the deep waters and made the song what it is.”

Gaga -- who recently launched her Las Vegas residency, Lady Gaga Enigma -- is also nominated for best actress in a drama. Bradley Cooper, who directed A Star Is Born, is nominated for best actor in a drama as well as best director. A Star Is Born is nominated for best picture, drama.

The other nominees in the category included “All the Stars” by Kendrick Lamar and SZA from Black Panther; “Girl in the Movies” by Dolly Parton from Dumplin’; “Requiem for a Private War” by Annie Lennox from A Private War; and “Revelation” by Troye Sivan and Jónsi from Boy Erased.

Taylor Swift and Idris Elba presented the award.
