I bought seedbox from feralhosting.com and choose ruTorrent, I want to install Autodl-irssi plugin
+ I don't know use putty, please guide me step by step

You can easily ask the staff from feralhosting to install the plugin, just open a ticket and require this plugin. That is the download link, maybe it's outdated, see on sourceforge the new link and replace it.
