are nice options, but you will not have the "great speeds" that you aim.

Difference from 200Mbps and 1Gbps to 20Gbps is tremendous.

With same budget, I would suggest you the Zombie Box of seedboxes.cc, coming with 1.2TB, 20Gbps up and down, and upload traffic 14TB /month (ultra sufficient, I guess! )
