I am looking for a seedbox with 10gbps up/down speed. Any idea .Only known seedbox companies please. Better if i have test their speed.

Every time a seedbox provider advertises 10gbps it means that the available bandwith is shared with all users on the box. You won´t find a seedbox that is capable of 10gbps anyway because the HDD(even SSD) aren´t capable of reaching that speed.

What's the highest speeds i can find for a seedbox nowdays;

Real speed is 200-300 MB/s (mega bytes, not megabit) if you have your own SSD drive. On shared boxes, 100 MB/s is able to get but hardest that on dedicated.

I've used at least six different providers, the fastest have always been Feral or Seedhost.eu in my tests. You'll never see anywhere near 10Gbit though due to hardware limitations. Be aware that a lot of seedbox providers use the speed of the servers nic for advertising the box speed even if they don't have the actual bandwidth to back it up!
