XP was revolutionary, but I vote for Win 7 x64. But saying that I do like Win10 for some reason with the spyware stuff turned off ofc.

Windows 2000 was pretty revolutionary for its time and a precursor to XP as the NT kernel got more into the main stream audience. That said, I'd have to say Windows 7. Windows 10 could be interesting once games start to use Directx 12 more.

I think, Windows 7 is the best, I really like it's search box, which appears when I press the WINDOWS button
And of course my second place is the WinXP, but I'm not using it anymore, because there are more and more softwares incompatible with them.
