My home ISP has 100GB/mo limit and slow anyways.
At work is more democracy although boss increasingly watching for corp bandwidth consumption and I don't want to attract attention either.

Ideal solution would be to find some colocation spot and physically visit it once a week with 2TB external harddrive.

Well, then, I presume eventually you want to get all this good stuff in your hands locally and feed it to your local HDTV.

So, unless you listen to compressed music or small pieces of apps and PDF's, you need to download stuff from seedbox to your local computer somehow?
Some HD sets are bigger than my monthly "allowance"... So i wondering....
