Earlier today, we've told you that Microsoft’s working on some pretty significant changes to the Action Center in Windows 10 Redstone, and it turns out that updates would arrive not only on PCs but also on mobile devices.

Truth is, Windows 10 Mobile devices will get only small improvements as compared to the aforementioned PC overhaul, but it’s very clear that Microsoft’s hard at work to enhance the overall experience on all devices.
A report by MSPU reveals that Microsoft’s currently testing a new feature in the Windows 10 Mobile Action Center that will group notifications by app, so everything will be cleaner and better organized.
At this point, Windows 10 Mobile displays a maximum of 20 notifications from each app, so you have to scroll a lot to check all of them. This is particularly painful if you’re using social networks a lot, so Microsoft’s rethinking the Action Center.
One way to improve this is to group notifications by app, so for each one, you’ll see a maximum of 3 notifications, along with a message that reads “See More.”
At this point, it’s not yet clear when Microsoft is planning to release this change, but it’s already testing it internally and could be part of a preview build sometime soon. More information could also be provided at the BUILD 2016 developer conference that kicks off later today.
Still no transparency Without a doubt, the most awaited feature for the Windows 10 Mobile Action Center is the transparency/translucency effect that would give it a more significant visual overhaul.
While Microsoft is already aware that this would be a welcome improvement, there’s no evidence that the company is working on it, especially because it’s believed that such a visual effect could have an impact on device performance and cause noticeable slowdowns, especially on models with less RAM.
