For scene release groups is simple, they usually have email contact or other form of contact in the .nfo file of the torrent. If you want to be a part of a p2p group find out which is the home of the group, for example: CHDBits for CHD, Wiki for TTG, nTb for HDBits and ask the staff of the tracker for the requirements of joining.
