Video game developer Turn 10, publisher and platform holder Microsoft and car maker Lamborghini are announcing that the Centenario super sport car is the vehicle that has been chosen to grace the cover of the next installment in the Forza series, although it is unclear whether the title will be a numbered release or one of the Horizon spin-offs.

Apparently actual details about the video game itself, including the name and the mechanics, will only be revealed during the coming E3 2016 media briefing, which means fans have a few months to speculate and look for rumors about the coming racing experience.
The Lamborghini Centenario will first be offered to Forza owners in virtual form before it makes its debut in the real world, allowing gamers to experience its unique V12 architecture, the 770 horsepower and the impressive 0 to 100 Km/h time of 2.8 seconds.
The car's top speed is over 350 km/hand Phil Spencer, the leader of the Xbox division, is quoted on the official site as saying that, "We’re excited to continue our long history of working with Lamborghini and to be part of their 100-year anniversary by celebrating the Centenario as the featured cover car of the next Forza game. It’s an honor to announce our partnership at one of the world’s biggest automotive shows, and we look forward to unveiling the game at this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo."
Forza Motorsport 6 players are also getting access to a new Lamborghini Super Trofeo event, which during its first season will include time trial events that will use a special version of the 2014 Lamborghini Gallardo.
Based on their performance players will be able to get access to the 2015 Huracan Super Trofeo and an invitation to a second season that's filled with even more interesting prizes.
Porsches are also ready to race in Forza Motorsport 6 The expansion is based on the storied history of the brand and gives players access to a wide variety of unique sports cars and events built around them, with information about the innovation that the company has introduced over the years.
Gamers who have a PC and Windows 10 installed can also experience the new Apex game based on Forza, which offers free access to cars and tracks from the Xbox One version and shows how well the racing simulation can run on powerful computers.
Turn 10 has made clear that from now on it plans to conduct development for all new Forza titles, including the one which will have the Lamborghini Centenario on the cover, at the same time on both the PC and the Xbox One.
Forza is one of the biggest series on the new Microsoft home console, managing to move no less than 10 million copies and it seems that the company aims to release a new title every year.
The decision to offer titles at the same time on both the Xbox One and the PC seems to be central for the future both platforms, and there are also suggesting that the home console will get incremental hardware upgrades over the coming years.
