This week's PlayStation Store sale is live, with discounted prices on PS4 games of all genres. The sale this week is particularly filled with big, must-have games--but there's a catch. To take advantage of the best deals, you'll need a PS Plus membership. Some PS4, PS3, and PS Vita games are on sale for non-subscribers, but the killer deals are in the PS Plus Specials sale.

What kind of games are we talking about? Assassin’s Creed Syndicate Gold Edition, which comes with all the 2015 game's DLC, is on sale for $21. The recently released Assassin's Creed Rogue Remastered is on sale for $18.

For shooter fans, both Battlefield 4 Premium Edition and Battlefield Hardline Ultimate Edition are discounted to $12. Call of Duty Black Ops III: Zombies Chronicles is on sale for $21. It's an expansion to the core game--which happens to be available for free to PS Plus members at the moment--that contains eight remastered Zombies maps from previous Call of Duty games.

The survival game Conan Exiles only hit PS4 last month, but it's already on sale for $30. Fighting game fans can pick up Street Fighter V - Arcade Edition for $24, Mortal Kombat XL for $10, or The King of Fighters XIV for $12. And if you could use an open-world loot-fest in your life right now, you can grab Tom Clancy’s The Division Gold Edition for $27. It comes with the season pass and an exclusive gear set.
