I started playing 1.6 back in 2006 and I have about 1000 hours on the game. Man, those days were really fun it's too bad the 1.6 community is no longer thriving and competitive aside from ESEA. Hopefully CS:GO will bring back some life into the franchise.

For the old version (v1.1) search the net for a non-steam game. You won't find it on steam. Take a look at the game menu:

dubt it.....now modern warfare is the new king

I personally play both online on pirated versions on nonofficial servers

Modern Warfare is much more fun because of the good graphics and weapons customization.

I don't think CS:GO will bring anything good that will make mw:mp stay in shadow
