No steam! & No piracy!

I just wanted to ask you guys do you know any other modifications like 4D1 is? I played my favorite multiplayer game there as from alterIWnet! Whenever NTA made a modification it was the best! Now there are IW4Play, aIW3, nemexisops etc. but none of them is good. They aren't stable and have a shitload of bugs. In one word they are shit!? Does anyone know of a great way to play MW2 with a lot of player, less bugs & a good anticheat system!?
