Robert De Niro and Martin Scorsese are set to reunite for a new gangster movie.
The actor and director, who have worked together on a host of films, including Mean Streets, GoodFellas and most recently Casino in 1995, will be pairing up again according to De Niro.
Speaking at a press conference in London for his new movie, The Family, De Niro commented: "I have another gangster film I'm gonna do with Scorsese and it's a very interesting one... We're preparing it. We have a script and Marty has another film he's doing before so it won't be for a while," reports The Guardian.
Meanwhile, Scorsese's forthcoming crime drama The Wolf Of Wall Street, his fifth collaboration with Leonardo DiCaprio following Gangs Of New York, The Aviator, The Departed and Shutter Island, is set for a UK release on January 17, 2014. According to the latest odds from Paddy Power, it's currently fifth favourite at 16/1 to win next year's Best Picture Oscar behind 12 Years A Slave (evens), Gravity (4/1), American Hustle (4/1) and Saving Mr Banks (6/1).
