The president called the 'Meet the Press' host a "sleeping son of a bitch."

Donald Trump had some choice words for NBC's Meet the Press hostChuck Todd at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday, calling him "a sleeping son of a bitch."

The president was in town to support GOP candidate Rick Saccone, who faces a tough special election race in the state. During one antidote during his speech, Trump informed the audience that he was on Meet the Press in 1999 to discuss his views on North Korea and called the program, "a show now headed by 'Sleepy eyes Chuck Todd.'" He added, "He’s a sleeping son of a bitch."

This is not the first time the two have come to blows. In 2015, Trump and Todd got into a shouting match on the show when the then-presidential candidate continued to stand behind his widely disputed claim that he saw Muslims celebrating in New Jersey as the World Trade Center fell.
