The official start date of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! 2018 has been confirmed.

Show bosses have confirmed to The Sun Online that the jungle-based series will hit screens on Sunday November 18, with a whole new crop of stars.

The news will no doubt delight fans, who have been speculating when the ITV show will begin since its first trailer was released.

A sneak peek at the new camp has also been leaked - and celebs are going to have to have a head for heights, with a huge zip line added for the 2018 edition.

This year's series will be hosted by Declan Donnelly and Holly Willoughby, who are expected to be jetting Down Under this weekend.

Dec's usual sidekick Ant McPartlin has pulled out of all TV commitments for the rest of the year, as he focuses on his health and post-rehab recovery.

Meanwhile Joe Swash, Scarlett Moffatt and Joel Dommett will be returning to the outback to host ITV2 spin-off Extra Camp for the second year running.

While excitement gears up for the series, the celebrities making a foray into the jungle remain unconfirmed.

A number of stars have been tipped to appear, including singer and actor Shayne Ward, Love Island's Olivia Attwood, Loose Women's Coleen Nolan and Strictly's Katya Jones.

It was also recently revealed that Coronation Street star Alan Halsall could land himself a six figure fee to appear on the show.

The actor, who plays Tyrone Dobbs in the ITV soap, recently confessed that he is desperate for a stint in the jungle.

A TV source explained: "Alan couldn稚 have made it any clearer that he fancies a spell in the jungle and it won稚 have gone unnoticed by the makers of the show."

Made In Chelsea's Spencer Matthews also recently confessed his desire to return to camp, after being kicked out for using steroids in 2015.
