i think the tracker is half private, it's allowed external public tracker on the upload. better if anyone have seedbox from OVH don't download here.. provider will cap your seedbox..

i think you can still download from that tracker.. try not to download that have "(EXT)" end of the description. i think it would be fine, i have check the .torrent file some of the file there have (EXT) at the back is include the public tracker announce. that not save it you have OVH seedbox.
