that mean they not accept any free mail.. @gmail @yahoo @hotmail and other free mail..
use only your company mail, university mail and etc related not free.. you have to pay for the mail for register..
but must have admin/staff approve before you can use the account.. they only accept malaysian ISP..
they always open for sign-up.. it's like a application register too me..

i'm the one of the TOP uploader and VIP member at the tracker..
