Great looking login/signup screen, very creative. It appears that the site is designed by multiple designers, who didn't agree on colors, so part of the design is great, while in other sections the colors are soo terrible, they hurt my eyes.
otherwise, not so many users, nor torrents available (~600). if they sort out these design issues, it might become actually a usable tracker.
