@YusukeUramesh, it's always open for certain IPs (American and some Asian). It's been closed for European IPs for instance.

true , for me too , always been open , never invite only..(but maybe only for my ip)

lol , there's no need to spam for this one , for me always been open , also this one is easy to join with VPN at any time.
