Ummm easily. It's not all about how many torrents a site has. You don't base a rating off of just that because it isn't all about the amount of torrents. You base it off of other things like speed, torrent availability, staff interjection, user friendly, and user interface. The amount of torrents is irrelevant. And if you ask me, for this site just starting out and has a bit over 400 torrents is pretty good considering the amount of staff/uploaders they have. So yes, I give them a 7 based on all of that (Excluding the irrelevant amount of torrents they have).
