this is a good geberal tracker. Leechers are also good. maintaining a ratio is not difficult.

It has very less seeders. Person should have seed box for this tracker to maintain ratio i guess.

I don't know what the hell are you talking about.I can max out my connection every time on new torrents(12MB/S).And on old torents 2-3MB/s.
