Power Users get 1-3 invites given by the owner at his discretion. They are not guaranteed monthly.

Ratio

Every user has an obligation to keep his ratio any time above .96. Once your ratio is below .96 you will receive a warning from the system. Once your ratio is greater than .95 the warning will be automatically removed by the system. If your ratio falls below 0.3 your account will be frozen from downloading and only seeding or donation will remove this lock.
