Description:
HDForever is a French private tracker born in 2017. It is a HD tracker focused on movies and tv-shows mostly.
Advantages:
HDF is one the best trackers when it comes to French HD content. (Full, Remux, BluRays, mHD : they are small high quality encodes of BluRays, between 2 and 8 Go per film...)
Speeds are very good, more content (P2P and Scene) is added everyday. Most torrents sit well.
Each movie and show has its own record so navigation is nice and easy. Overall design is very nice!
In addition to the original French language, you can set English on the resource to maintain an international audience.
Cons:
Not a lot. Only mHD from special groups are allowed, but these groups are every active and skilled.
Uploading new content is not really easy but it's doable.

Yes, some encodes and old films are only present here.

What are the alternatives?
Word in HD and HD-Only are serious alternatives, but they are much more secretive and hard to get in.

Getting in
Open inscriptions are very rare, when they are, there's an application form to get in.
Invitations used to be only handed out to people with good uploading capabilities, so getting in was very hard. Now everyone with good stats can invite.
Ratio
There are ratio requirements explained below. There are not that many leechers, there are no freelech specific torrents. So uploading stats are a bit slow. Global freelech sometimes occurs.
Bonus points quickly add up, buying uploading Gigs or Freelech tokens is quite cheap with BP; so overall maintaining ratio is not that hard.
Rules
Hit & Run: torrents are to be seeded for 3 days.
Multi tracker is of course not possible: using the same torrent with multiple trackers inside.
Leeching: (aka cross-seeding) It is possible to get a file from somewhere and seed it directly on HDF without downloading it.
