You must have a friend on E****, and his/her must create application for you. If his/her is VIP or uploader, I think will easier to approved application. If not, follow you're famous uploader on other music tracker or not.

I find it hard to believe that this tracker is better than what.cd. For those of you that believe it is, please tell me why.
