DESCRIPTION:

Cinefiles is a ROMANIAN Private Torrent Tracker for DVD-R / HD MOVIES TV.

They have over 5000 torrents .

You can find a lot of DVD5 and DVD9 there but old torrents dont have much seeders.

Forum is not much active but chatbox got some users online every while.

Invites are easy to obtain via Bonus Points if you are seeding ur files for long time.

How the system of Hit & Run:

When finishing a torrent to download, you will need to keep seeding as follows:
-> At least 24 hours (cumulative), if after these 24 hours of seeding ratio earn one (at least 100%), the task of seeding the torrent in question is met.
-> Minimum of 48 hours (cumulative), if after 24 hours of seeding ratio not earn one (at least 100%). In this case, the task is fulfilled when accumulated seed
48 hours after seeding (regardless of ration) or 1 ratio.

NOTE: In short, in both cases, the minimum time the seed for 24 hours (cumulative). After those 24 hours, make a difference ratio
(that reported by snatchlist, not client), if more than one (at least 100%), the task is accomplished seed, otherwise you'll be seeding to ration
reaches 1 (at least 100%) or until you collect 48 hours (cumulative) of seed.
NOTE: If the accumulated a ratio of at least 2 (at least 200%) in a torrent seed task is accomplished, regardless of the time of seeding,
ie above rules no longer apply.

Hit & Run system will consider the following conditions:
- When you have less than 24 hours from seed to seed a torrent site and abandoned for more than 7 days (continuous).
- When you have less than 48 hours in a torrent seed, seed ratio of the subunit and abandoned for more than 7 days (continuous).

NOTE: Downloaded Torrents receive Hit & Run column of snatchlist ... Waiting status until load time of seed required (when status becomes No - so try to finish what to put downloaded!) Or Yes, please reseed! when the task of seeding the torrent that was not made according to the rules above.

NOTE: The maximum number of simultaneous Hit & Runs allowed is 1, in which case it will be suspended able to download torrents us (you can download only those that you already have in snatchlist to reseed). You may download torrents again in November, when the number of Hit & Runs drops to 0. If the accumulated 3 Hit & Runs, your account will be deactivated without appeal. The staff constantly monitors the activity of each user!

NOTE: If you happen to ruin any HDD / delete accidentally / intentionally stop (etc ...) from any torrent client prior to fulfill
task seed, and the system sees that Hit & Run torrent or download it again and return to the seed or until you restart the task.

NOTE: You can download an unlimited number of torrents, as long as you meet the rules of what to download (you are no longer limited by slots).

CAUTION: always check snatchlist data recorded before removing
a permanently torrent client (possibly after an Update Tracker give manual).

SPEED: Connections between providers are sometimes of poor quality, so that you will encounter some torrents low speeds or nonexistent.
This problem occurs mainly in torrents few seeders or with one, long climb tracker. It is possible to come across a seeder that do not have proper connection or no (torrent does not start). In this case, you can ask for reseed requests section and try to reinstate that torrent.
ACCOUNTS: Accounts that have no activity for more than 30 days are deleted without warning (login to tracker does not mean that you are active)! Are you active when you have at least a torrent snatchlist (to download, or seed). The easiest way to remain permanently active: hold minimum seeding a torrent, until you find something else to be drawn, to ensure a continuous flow of activity tracker. If more than 30 days have not been active at all tracker (snatchlist is empty), ie not being torrents you download or seed, will remain free account. A torrent is removed from snatchlist after 30 days calculated from the time that you have removed permanently from the client, the seeding or leeching, that in the last minute of activity reported by the tracker and only if the seed has the task be filed. If you happen to can not access your account for a period of time, you can park it in order not to remain without it. Please use as much as possible as one of them bittorrent client: uTorrent, qbittorrent, Deluge -> Avoid any other version (especially beta), because, after numerous tests, reported losses. If you use another version of the client, other than those recommended, you do so at your own risk!
For now, other customers (BitComet, Azureus, etc ...) are not banned, but not responsible for any wrong that we can send tracker. Ex: If uploading / seedtime will not be counted correctly, you should seriously consider to change the recommended client version!
Should you find errors between the data listed in snatchlist and torrent client, please report to a member of staff if you think you grounded arguments.

. :: Clients :: Errors in.

"Failure: missing key" - This error occurs when your client sends the corrupt variables tracker (usually peer_id or info_hash). Please contact us if you encounter this error.
"Tracker sending invalid NULL date" - contact a member of staff.
"Unrecognized host (..). Please go to http://cinefiles.org to sign-up or login" - you receive this message when you are not logged tracker on that PC from which you are running torrents, or if you use dynamic IP, IP has changed and you do not you sign the new IP tracker. This is a security measure. If you encounter this message, enter the tracker, Refresh, and then a manual update from torrents. Everything should return to normal. Heads Up! Update your manual should not be done at intervals of less than 30 seconds!
"HTTP Error 404" - you receive this message only if the tracker is offline or under DoS (flood). Do not have to panic, everything will return to normal. Keep in torrent client!
"Torrent not registered with this tracker" - This message is displayed if the torrent does not exist in the database of the tracker (has been deleted). You can remove the client and you, as there will be no use.
"I'm sorry, (..) is banned from this tracker" - you receive this message when you try to use a client version banned. In this case, we suggest you switched to a client version accepted and recommended.
"Connection Limit Exceeded! You May only leech from one location at a time" - you receive this error, most likely if you use dynamic IP and IP change while you are seeding with one or more torrents. In this case, you need to login tracker then give a manual update from torrents. If the problem is not resolved, you have to wait a few minutes. It will resolve itself. Torrent tracker will automatically recognize when you make a new update.
"Sorry, minimum announce interval = 30 sec" - you are not allowed to update your torrents at less than 30 seconds in order not to overload the server.
"Port (..) is blacklisted" - if you receive this error, try changing the port you are using torrent client (10000-> 65000)
"Your downloading Been priviledges have disabled! (Read the rules)" - this message speaks for itself. Contact a member of staff to clarify the issue.
"Your account is PARKED (Read the FAQ)" - is not possible to have active torrents while your account is "PARKED". To overcome this problem, enter the tracker and remove the "parking" account.
"Invalid passkey! Re-download the .torrent from http://cinefiles.org ()" - in this case, try to redownload that torrent in uTorrent and load it again. If the error persists, proceed as follows: select this torrent in uTorrent >> right click on it >> go to Properties >> here replaced in the box http://cinefiles.org/update.php with http://cinefiles.org /update.php?passkey= >> click OK. Now should this torrent to connect to the tracker without problems. BE CAREFUL! This is your code by which the tracker will recognize. Do not pass it on to anyone, not make it public! Through it all metered data related to torrent!

. :: Classes :: users.
What are the classes of users on this site?

Level 1 - Novice class based ... after registering on the site.
Level 2 - Older ... attributed the class with a length of at least 4 weeks, with a minimum upload 50GiB and a minimum ratio of 1.05. The promotion is automatic, the fulfillment of these conditions. If the ratio will fall below 0.95, demotion at Level 1 - Novice automatically.
Level 3 - VIP ... Class users who follow the same rules as L1, L2. These accounts are not deleted but for inactivity and have the right to upload.
Level 4 - Uploader ... Class users upload right.
Level 5 - Moderator ... Class users who are part of the staff, appointed by moderation torrents / comments / users and so on ..
Level 6 - Admin ... Class users who are part of the staff, appointed by the administration site.
Level 7 - SysOp ... class technical users dealing operation site.

How do promotions?
All promotions are made by the staff, except the one at Level 1 - Novice Level 2 - Older, which is done automatically, according to the conditions above.
