We considered common performance/compatibility issues and updated automatic checks when .torrent uploading:

1. In-torrent file path length can not exceed 220 bytes
2. Torrent piece size can not lower than 1MB or higher than 16MB

Please be aware that those values are not final and is subject to change on current situation and feedbacks.
