If you cannot access the site/cannot download torrents then change your DNS to Cloudflare DNS 1.1.1.1 (Instructions). If that doesn't help then use a Chrome Browser addon like Windscribe, Hola or Zenmate. Use TOR proxy if tracker isn't working (Instructions).
