TG September eBook Upload Special

Get 2GB for your first eBook upload,

500MB for each additional eBook on topic,

250MB for each other eBook.

There is not limit!

You can build as much ratio as you want!

The themes of this month event are

Hobbies & DIY (Do It Yourself)

1. EBooks in categories other than this month theme qualify for half the credit (250MB).
2. Only eBook uploads qualify (PDF, mobi, ePub, djvu, or other ebook formats). Mixed formats (such as video + ebook) do not, since you already get ratio benefits due to the torrent size.
3. It has to be a good upload (obviously). If staff had to delete your upload for whatever reason, it does not count.
4. The torrent has to have a description up to the site's standards. Look at this model description:
http://thegeeks.bz/details.php?id=12
Simple and easy to do, yet satisfies all the requirements, namely:
* Proper torrent title
* Cover Image
* Book description
* Publishing details (year, language, ISBN, edition)
* Proper formatting (newlines only where needed, no typos or bad capitalizations, etc).
It takes only a few minutes to create a description like that, so make sure to do so in order to qualify.
5. Magazines qualify also. Except for recent issues, magazines should be uploaded in packs of full years. They will be given a 2GB credit per yearly pack - list them separately. Assuming there are four issues or more.

To get your gigs, make a post here with the list of your uploads, with one torrent per line. You can start early and keep editing your post to add new uploads, but remember, only one post per user!

List different categories (Hobbies/DIY eBooks, all other eBooks, magazines) separately for easy counting.

At the end of the month, the Staff will lock the thread, count the entries, and give out the awards.

Note: If you chose to upload anonymously, you can still qualify. Just send a message to staff (via "Contact Staff") with "August eBook competition" as subject and the list of your uploads inside.

Happy uploading!
