Released on February 7, 2018, the Windows 10 Redstone 4 build with the number 17093 adds a button that allows users to remove the diagnostic data that Microsoft collects in the telemetry process.

Previous test build 17083 included a new telemetric data utility - Diagnostic Data Viewer. The function allows you to monitor the telemetry data that the devices on Windows 10 send to Microsoft. In the last build, the user can block the sending of information.

The company renamed the settings page in the "Update and Security" section from "Windows Defender" to "Windows Security" and changed the page design. In the new build, Microsoft also updated the design of the game panel, expanded access to HDR-video for more devices, improved work with Bluetooth and added a new page of graphics settings for multi-GPU systems. The latest build also allows you to use the Authenticator application from Microsoft on Windows 10 S. It configures the PC so that you do not need to use passwords. In the print dialog for Microsoft Edge, there is now an option for smart printing.

It is expected that Microsoft will release the first test builds of Redstone 5 in the near future. The first to see them are those insiders who have chosen the Skip Ahead option in the Windows Insider program.
